Mr. Bogen served as General Counsel for this company that developed, patented and marketed a lightpainting video mobile application to enable users to capture the essence of nightlife and light trails by freezing light and creating light drawings in video form. Representation included organizational documents, shareholders’ agreement, capital raising documents, employment agreements and marketing and consulting agreements.
Mobile Application for Ordering Prepared Meals for Pickup prior to Take-Off at the Airport:
Mr. Bogen serves as outside General Counsel for this company that prepares meals at the airport for patrons to order on their way to catch flights. Representation included intellectual property matters, airport lease, and capital raising documents.

Mr. Bogen represented this company with respect to its exclusive sales representation agreements with various digital signage networks and he also represented the owner in connection with the sale of the company.
