Hi Pablo, Inc.: Mr. Bogen served as General Counsel for this company that developed, patented and marketed a lightpainting video mobile application to enable users to capture the essence of night life and light trails by freezing light and creating light drawings in video form. Representation included organizational documents, shareholders’ agreement, capital raising documents, employment agreements and marketing and consulting agreements.
Bold Organics, LLC: Mr. Bogen acted as the General Counsel for this start-up company that developed, manufactured and distributed frozen organic gluten-free pizza which ultimately was sold to a large consumer brand company. Glenn Falls House Hotel Resort: Mr. Bogen handled the formation and capitalization of a company that purchased a hotel resort located 2 hours north of New York City, in Round Top, New York.
